Refund Policy
We are committed to providing professional and timely visa and tourism services. Please review this refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No refund after visa delivery
Once the visa or any agreed-upon service has been successfully delivered, and proof of delivery (such as a visa copy, reference number or official confirmation) has been provided to the customer, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Visa processing time
Visa approval and processing timelines depend on the respective country’s immigration department. While we strive to meet expected deadlines, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. If the visa is delayed but later delivered (even after 1–2 working days) and a dispute has been filed during that delay, the customer is expected to cancel the dispute once the visa is successfully delivered.
3. When a refund is not applicable
- The visa application is rejected by the immigration authority.
- The customer files for cancellation after the visa process has started.
- The customer fails to provide required documentation or delays their response, resulting in rejection or delay.
4. Refund eligibility
Refunds are only applicable when the visa application has not been processed at all and no official application has been submitted to the immigration authority. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours; no cancellations can be processed thereafter.
5. Processing timeline
The visa process takes at least 7–15 business days with immigration — sometimes faster, sometimes delayed depending on immigration workload. A dispute cannot be filed until 15 working days have passed, and no refund request applies while a visa is under process.
6. Refund time & method
Where a refund is approved, it is made only through the original mode of payment. Depending on the issuing bank, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 45 days. Refunds may bear payment-gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per transaction. Once a refund is approved, a dispute cannot be filed.
Disputes & governing law
Since we pay non-refundable fees to the embassy, no disputes will be entertained via the card issuer once a service or visa is delivered and approved. In case of any dispute, UAE governing law applies. Should you have any discrepancies, please raise them within 7 days of the transaction.
